Our Mission

The mission of TELESIS Corporation (our name means: "progress that is intelligently planned and directed") is to assist researchers, public agencies and community-based organizations to achieve positive social change using advanced information technologies and educational products. We serve the nonprofit and government sectors through web site development, multi-agency data warehousing, information modeling, interactive GIS mapping, strategic planning assistance, and evaluation systems development.

Background

Since 1980, TELESIS has provided prevention and information management services and products to state and local agencies and community organizations. Our philosophy is that advances in information management, delivery and analysis can empower communities and support transformation at all levels of society. Our products and services reflect years of innovation and applied research in community-based prevention programming and education, public information management systems, training and evaluation.

TELESIS is a 501 ( c )(3) nonprofit corporation dedicated to enhancing the performance of public service agencies and community organizations through optimal use of advanced technologies and tools. Our service delivery team is currently providing expert technical assistance in these areas:
